White Hart

The White Hart on Rochester Road in the Chalk area of Gravesend is a Harvester chain pub-restaurant, with a large dining area and servery on one side and a bar area on the other. It focuses on family dining with lunchtime and evening meals, parking and a family-friendly setup.

The current building dates from around 1999/2000, replacing an earlier 1937 roadhouse whose predecessor inn served as a Second World War Battle Headquarters, and the site has been a Harvester restaurant since the old inn was demolished. It holds a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 (Very Good) from a February 2025 inspection.
