Milton Ale Shades

The Milton Ale Shades is a traditional locals' street-corner pub on East Milton Road in the Milton area of Gravesend, listed on CAMRA's WhatPub, Yelp and trade directories. It is a community pub offering keg drinks such as John Smith's, Stella, Fosters, Strongbow and Guinness, plus pub games including two dartboards, a jukebox and a fruit machine, with sports on TV.

A Kent Online 'Secret Drinker' review described it as far more inviting inside than its exterior suggests, with friendly, close-knit regulars and a 'salt of the earth' communal feel.
